Al Spaulding is a skilled Commercial Agent specializing in the leasing and sales of Retail, Office, and Industrial properties. With a degree from the University of Florida, Al launched his real estate career in Gainesville, Florida, where he managed a portfolio generating $4M in annual income. During this time, Al played a key role in expanding the business by attracting new property owners and navigating the city's evolving regulatory landscape.

After relocating to Sherman, Al joined the Preston Bend team to be a part of the dynamic growth in the North Texas area.
